Lentils Soup

1.Cut carrots,onions into fine dices or put it in the blender (or grind) if you want to save some time. 2. Soak any lentils(pappulu) in water and keep them in pressure cooker to become soft. You can use split peas(kandi pappu),moong dal(pesara pappu),black eyed beans(white ga unde beans),kidney beans. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add 3 spoons of oil , saute onions ,celery and carrots till they become little brownish in colour. 4. Then add the vegetable stock (liquid which can be prepared before , the liquid we get after boiling all the vegetables) , add the lentils cooked and keep for about half an hour. 5.Add salt, pepper, bay leaf (biryani aaku) 6. Keep it in the blender if you want in the liquid form or else you can have like that. Soup Ready :)

Corn soup

1.In a non-stick saucepan, heat the oil. Add the onions and capsicum, after sauting for 2min add potatoes, corn and water. Bring to boil. Keep on cooking till the corn is soft. 2.With the blender make the puree of the mixture. Add the curry powder, pepper,salt and milk. Bring to boil and dress it with cilantro. Soup is ready :)

VegCoconut Soup

1.Wash toor dal (kandi pappu) and cook with water for 10min 2.In a saucepan,heat the oil. Add the onions,turmeric,garlic,carrot and saute(veyinchali) for 2 to 3minutes. 3.Add the dal, water, chopped tomatoes,curry powder and pepper. 4.Simmer over medium heat for 35minutes until the dal is soft. 5.Let it cool and blend the mixture . Then add coconut milk, salt and cilantro(kothimeera). 6.Gently simmer for 5mins and serve hot Soup is ready :)

Brocolli Soup

1.Wash Toor dal and bring to boil with water for 20min. 2.Cut brocolli, carrot,potatoes and onion to what ever size you want as we blend the mixture. 3.Add these vegetables to the vessel which is cooking toor dal and let it be for another 20min 4.Add curry powder, pepper powder,salt,brown sugar and puree the soup with the blender 5.Add half a cup of milk, add tomatoes to get tangy taste and bring the soup to boil add cilantro or chinese parsley Soup is ready :)
